MODIFYING ORDER:
If you need to cancel or modify your order please email us within 1 hour of completing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed at our warehouse.
TRACKING:
All orders are sent from Ireland via a tracked courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers will not leave parcels unattended due risk of damage or loss.
DELAYS: On rare occasions, we may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed. Extended lead times for shipping are imposed by our delivery partners.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All returns are subject to inspection.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,we are happy to offer a refund,exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods,provided they are in their original ,unopened,unused,and in a sell-able condition with all part of the product and its packaging. Damaged returns may result in a Al Farasha Perfume credit. Any return requests made after 14 days from delivery date will not be refunded.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
14 days from the delivery date. We will not accept returns or replacents for products whose boxes are ripped,creased.Once received, the item shall be checked and the refund shall be procced and refunded to the original payment method.
